Both Proclamations were read by Mr. Anderson, Marchmont Herald - the Peace Proclamation being responded by Mr. Robert Hamilton, Kintyre Pursuivant, and the Thanksgiving Proclamation by Mr. James Sinclair, Unicorn Pursuivant'.
