A man receives Reiki on the top of the Cerro de la Estrella (Hill of the Star) pyramid, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, September 4, 2010. Reiki is a spiritual practice developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. It uses a technique commonly called palm healing, using hands as a form of complementary and alternative medicine, classified as oriental medicine.
