The site upon which this building stands is a promi-nent one, and embraces all of the actual requisitesfor a school building, especially in regard to sanitaryconditions. It is high, therefore is surrounded withabundance of light and air, and affords perfectdrainage. It is located sufficiently back from themain thoroughfares of the town to insure perfectquiet, and easily approached from a winding roadwaywhich follows up a ravine.
