Nicholas Kibbey, assigned to OL-C 1st Combat Camera Squadron, March Air Force Base, California. Kibbey attended a chain of custody ceremony for his grandfather Col. Richard "Dick" Kibbey, at the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), Joint-Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Mar. 26, 2019. Kibbey's grandfather, lost during the Vietnam War in 1967, was recently accounted-for by DPAA Aug. 6, 2018

Kibbey will be transported to Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia, where he will be laid to rest with full military honors. DPAA's mission is to provide the fullest possible accounting of missing personnel to their families and the nation.
