P " '—~~ Captain Jack — A most vigorous grower, healthy and productive ; berries large, handsome and solid. ( See cut.) Cumberland Triumph—(Jumbo)—Very large, round ; of good quality ; pale scarlet; soft. Excellent for home use. Early to late. Crescent Seedling ( P )—Large, averaging larger than Wilson's Albany; conical; color, a handsome bright scarlet; quality very good. In productiveness unequalled, having produced over 400 bushels per acre. Plants very strong and vigorous ; a most \ valuable market sort. Eureka ( P )—( New) — Plant vigorous ; me- dium sized ; free runner ; very prolific ; profitable for market. Gandy—Claimed to be the ideal late straw- berry. A cross between Jersey Queen and Glendale combining the good qualities of both. Unsurpassed in growth and health- fulness of foliage. Berries bright crim- son color, uniform size and shape, large, ripen late and are very firm. Produces a crop of berries the first season plants are set. ( See cut on next page.).
