Lorenzo Fitzgerald, CBRN staff NCO and the NCOIC of the Guardian Challenge Competition, shined a black light on competitors like Staff Sgt. Christopher Hindle, sample team leader for Team 3, 68th Chemical Company, to see how thorough their decontamination process was. Glow germ, a luminescent powder and liquid was placed inside areas of the make-shift lab competitors exploited. During this evaluation, two of 10 had residue somewhere on their uniform or body.
