An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), is a procedure where excess fat and skin is removed from the lower abdomen and the muscles of the abdominal walls are tightened. Here, the surgeons are using a scalpel to cut out a large piece of excess skin. The abdominal fat is the yellow tissue at lower centre.
