Sgt. Major of the Army, Michael Grinston listened to questions and concerns from assignment managers, regarding Soldier and Family programs, during a town hall Aug. 18, at Army Human Resources Command. Grinston was soliciting feedback on the Exceptional Family Member Program, Married Army Couples Program and issues affecting single Soldier assignments. He also solicited their ideas on how to make improvements to the assignment process for Soldiers in those programs.
