First Sgt Timothy Tabatt, from Little Falls, Minn., instructs Spc. Joseph Betlach, from Savage, Minn., on operating a dump truck’s lift system while working on a camp improvement project on the Army Life Support Area, Kuwait. These two are employed but leave the deployment with enhanced skills which prove to be valuable to employers back in Minnesota. Betlach and Tabatt are deployed with the 134th Brigade Support Battalion, Minnesota Army National Guard and will return home early summer 2012. Combating unemployment 111125-A-XY792-011
