Dumingag, Philippines. 04 October, 2014. Last quarter of organic rice planting starts in Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur. Farmers starts plowing their rice fields. Dumingag town won One World Award in Germany in 2012 for promoting sustainable organic farming and they pioneered organic planting in the Philippines to alleviate poverty.
