PANAMA CITY, Fla. (Oct. 16, 2018) Navy Diver 1st Class Aaron Gruber, assigned to Naval Diving and Training Center, and Katherine Gruber assess damage caused by Hurricane Michael at their home on Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City. For the first time since the hurricane, NSA Panama City allowed base residents access to gather personal belongings from base housing, as hurricane-cleanup efforts continue on the installation.
