Polish grocery (Sklep spo ywczy Polska) in a burned out (WWII) historic 19th century Jewish synagogue. Inowlodz Central Poland
The synagogue was erected in Inowlodz in the early nineteenth century. During the World War II the Germans completely destroyed the interior of the synagogue. During the fighting in January 1945, the building came under intense fire, which completed the work of destruction. After the war the building for many years served as a warehouse. In the period 1978-1982 was carried out extensive renovation work. Currently the building houses a grocery store.
