Up to three ramparts of stone, earthen banks & ditches enclose an area of two hectares: the foundations of 12 huts are visible in the interior. Rear centre: pylons march through the pass of Bwlch y Ddeufaen also used by a prehistoric route & the Roman road from Segontium (Caernarfon) to Canovium (Caerhun) in the Conwy Valley. Rear R: the ridge of Tal y Fan.
