170208-N-JH668-0153 PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 8, 2017) – Fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187) refuels amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6) and dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) during a replenishment at sea (UNREP). UNREP is conducted while a ship is underway to maximize a ships time at sea without returning to port.
