Soldiers from D Company, 3-10 General Support Aviation Battalion, work as a team to hold up the blade of a CH-47 Chinook helicopter at Lielvarde, Latvia, on May 19. The team was led by a specialist in the replacement of the aircraft's aft yoke, proving the importance of empowering junior leaders is imperative to be successful in the spread-out environment of Army Europe's Atlantic Resolve mission.
