Keating, (center), Commander, Carrier Group Five, is welcomed aboard the aircraft carrier USS KITTY HAWK (CV-63) to raise his pennant as part of the turnover from the USS INDEPENDENCE (CV-62) which is being decommissioned in September 1998.
