Aberaeron, Wales, UK. 22nd August, 2015. To day in aberaeron west Wales at The humble mackerel is celebrated every year at the Aberaeron Mackerel Festival. The harbour comes alive with colourful stalls, bands and a parade led by a 20-foot fish.
