Antennae short, dark brown; 8 seg-ments, the first and second normal, the fifth sessile, subglobose, witha length slightly greater than its diameter, irregularly and sparselyclothed with short setae and subapically with a whorl of probablyfour short, stout, fleshy appendages; terminal segment compound,composed of three closely fused, and with a length about four timesits greatest diameter. Palpi; first segment irregularly quadrate, thesecond and third subequal, each with a length 2 and one-half timesthe diameter, the fourth a little longer, more slender. Eyes moder-ate, black, coarsely granulate; ocelli present. Mesonotum dark red-dish brown. Scutellum yellowish brown, postscutellum slightlydarker. Abdomen mostly dark yellow
