Looking up the old railbed of Ingleby Incline in the North York Moors National Park on a summer's day. Ingleby Incline is a remnant of the moors’ industrial past and was in use from 1861 to 1929. The line linked the ironstone mines in Rosedale with the Ferry Hill Iron works in Durham. Nowadays the mile long trackbed acts as one of the simplest routes onto the North York Moors plateau.
