For twenty-nine years William Taylor diduseful work in various parts of the Connexion, dying August1 lih. 1849. From his Journal as given in the Magazine wefind liim Labouring at Barnsley, IVnistone, Wakefield, Horhury>Silt, lone, Cudworth, Huddersfield and many other familiarplaces in ilic West Riding. When the Branch QuarterlyMeeting wob held ;>t Barn ley in March, 1821, it- was found that four hundred persons.
