Heavy equipment operators team up to construct a levee along the banks of the Missouri River June 2. Contractors, volunteers, and South Dakota National Guardsman have been working feverishly to construct levees to hold back flood waters near the Dakota Dunes Country Club as river levels continue to threaten homes and residents in the area.
