A large Sparrows crane lifting one of the 20 tonne fermenting vessels into position at the new Courage Brewery site. Each of these vessels has a 1,550 barrel capacity, the equivalent of 466,400 pints. There were 22 of this size installed plus 2 smaller vessels in the fermentation block altogether.
