In 1612 a nonpartisan issue but based on the revised labeling and composition is assumed that the pictures of the 1619 edition also in 1612 or before were printed. Roethlisberger considers the issue of 1619 as the first state and the unbound edition of 1612 as the second state (Roethlisberger, 1993, p. 171, 172).
