They will subsequently be raised in finishing units before being slaughtered for their meat. This is the Logierieve pig farm, in Udny, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It is operated by Roderic Bruce, finalist in the 'Pig Farmer of the Year' category in the 2010 Farmers Weekly Awards.
