By order of James C. Lynch,Wm. B. Rose. President. DEDICATION OF MONUMENTS 391 About fifty of the members responded to the call and the monu-ment was dedicated with appropriate services. General Alex-ander S. Webb, who commanded the brigade at Gettysburg,delivered the oration. Unfortunately the manuscript of thatoration was lost therefore cannot be included here. [The author has endeavored to get copy of the order of exercises andaddress of General Webb, but has been unable to do so owing to death ofGeneral James C.
