ZEEBRUGES, Belgium (Jan. 15, 2018) Rear Admiral Jens Nemeyer (L), Allied Maritime Command representative, opens a ceremony marking the change of command of Standing NATO Mine Counter Measure Group One (SNMCMG1) under a heavy rain at Zeebruges Marine Base, in Belgium. SNMCMG1 is one of four standing NATO maritime groups continuously ready to support NATO tasking in defense of the Alliance.
