This beautiful setting measures 18 × 5 meters. Found in the Monument: A cist with incinerated bones and vessel fragments. According to Guta-Legends it is the grave of Tjelvar the first man to discover the island Gotland in the Baltic. Dated to ca 750 facts throw a slightly different light. Gotland was inhabited already in the Stone-Age and the custom of these kind of burial monuments was introduced to Baltic area only in the Bronze Age.
