Registerfor July, 1871, furnishes aninteresting account of a localcompany of cavalry raised in1659, just before the restorationof Charles II, the countiesof Essex, Suffolk, Middlesex,Mass., and hence called theThree County Troop, and whichaccording to the records con-tinued in existence until 1677,and possibly longer.
