WASHINGTON (April 18, 2017) Vice Adm. Phil Cullom, deputy chief of naval operations for fleet readiness, signs the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Navy Logistics Interoperability and Integration Framework Terms of Reference (ToR) after meeting with Rear Adm. Takehisa Nakao, director general of logistics department, Maritime Staff Office, Japan Maritime Self Defense Force. The ToR establishes a strategic oversight and governance construct to support refinement initiatives to achieve logistics interoperability and integration goals between the Navy and the JMSDF.
