A Air National Guard C-130 Hercules assigned to the 189th Airlift Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, departs the Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore., Aug. 29, 2017, with equipment and airmen from the 125th Special Tactic Squadron and the 304th Rescue Squadron in support of Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in the Gulf of Mexico region.
