PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 14, 2017) – Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuels) 3rd Class Justin Doub, a native of Independence, Kan., cleans an aircraft-to-aircraft transfer cart on board the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz is currently undergoing the Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) leading up to a 2017 deployment.
