Tracie Ross, the daughter of Medal of Honor Recipient Hershel Woodrow “Woody” Williams, welds her initials onto the keel of the ship named after her father during a keel laying ceremony at the Nassco Shipyard in San Diego, Aug. 2. The ship is expected to be commissioned by 2018.
