S'or is it neces-iry for persons to conchule, because some of the more tender varieties will not gnw wiih them, that they cannot have grapes, because there are kinds adapted to almost every locality, that may bo grown on a verjr cheap and simple arljor, or even on single poles or stakes. Price, 2-year vines, very fine ( unless otherwise quoted), 25 cents each ; $2 30 per dozen. 1-rice, 3-year vines, extra selected, 10 cents each ; So 00 per dozen. AGAWAM {Rogers' No. J5)—Large: dark red : sweet, sprightly, pleasant aromatic flavor; vigorous and generally productive. BRIGHTON—In color, form of bunch resem- bles the Catawba, combining the sprightliness of that variety with the richness and sweotness of the Dela- ware ; vine vigorous, hardy and productive. A most desirable early variety for family ue. Very popular. CATAWBA—A very late keeper, of chocolate color ; sweet and rich, with 'pleasant musky llavor. but not as reli- able a bearer as some. Does best against buildings. CHAMPION, or TALMAN—Bunch compact, medium to large. Berries large and black Vine a strong, vigor- ous grower ; healthy, hardy and productive.
