American soldier Pvt. Evans is seen in this photograph taken on November 17, 1918. The image depicts him participating in a parade in Paris that celebrated the signing of the Armistice. The parade took place at Place de la Concorde, and Evans can be seen interacting with Alsacian children. The photograph was issued after being cleared by the censor, however the exact date of clearance is unknown.
