Lars Ole Høknes, commanding officer of HNoMS Thor Heyerdahl (F314), aboard the ship in Bergen, Norway, Feb. 16, 2022. Secretary Del Toro is in Norway to visit service members and Norwegian government leaders to reinforce existing bilateral and multilateral security relationships between the Navy and the Royal Norwegian Navy.
