Louise of Lorraine, the Duke of Guise, Marguerite de Vaudemont and Anne de Joyeuse, 1581 (1882-1884). Louise of Lorraine was Queen consort of Henry III of France. Henry, Duke of Guise was leader of the Catholic League and the instigator of the St Bartholomew's Day Massacre in 1572. From a painting on silver by Joyeuse in the Louvre.
