Both Fallopian tubes appeared per-fectly normal and it was only on cutting sections of the right tube thatthis condition was discovered. The sections were made from the ampulla of the tube and presentedthe following appearance: The lumen of the tube presented the char-acteristic normal appearance, but was situated excentrically in the tube,the anterior wall being at least twice as thick as the posterior.
