This is a picture of the top of a Mexican Fire Barrel Cactus with the spent blossoms atop pineapple-like yellowish fruit. I shot from a tripod at F16, Sp 50 and ISO 1000 with a Nikon D300s camera. This plant was in the horticultural building at the Living Desert State Park in Carlsbad, New Mexico - USA.
