Model of A Spinning Wheel for Spun Yarn. Model of a device for spinning jigans yarn. Between two crosses, a whip consisting of a large gear in the middle and four small at the ends of the arms. The axes of the small gears are extended with a hook on which a cross spin: the yarn is beaten around the cross spider and removed through the hook, which takes it into its turning movement. The large gear is driven by a swelling. One of the arms of the cross has been extended for fixing the spinning wheel at a fixed point.
