CJLOTS allows the offload of supplies, equipment and ordnance from Army and Navy prepositioning ships, to reach the troops in a timelier manner. ACB-1 and ACB-2 have been deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, the multi-national coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction, and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.
