Speaker of Ukrainian Parliament Andriy Parubiy seen speaking during an extraordinary session in parliament. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree about dissolving the parliament and calling next parliament's elections on July 21. Ukrainian president proposed that the Parliament considers two bills, including the law on the election of people's deputies. Both did not get votes for inclusion in the agenda.
