Wheels.—Form these by taking two Bobbins fromthe Lace wherever the upper lines of the Wheel are each couple together four times, then work the centreround of the Wheel in Cloth Stitch ; divide off theBobbins into pairs again, Twist them four times, and workup into the lace where the lower lines of the Wheel end.
