The power for the system is generated at Eugenia Falls Power House, andthis plant is operated in parallel with the plants at Big Chute on theSevern System, WasdelPs Plant on the Wasdells System, and the Swift , owned and operated by the Orillia Water, Light and Power parallel operation of these plants is a great benefit to all systems served. The installation of the third unit, consisting of a 4,000 turbine, 2, generator, and 40 exciter, was completed and unit placed in operation of this unit has been successful, and has aided to a great extentin the operation and maintenance of the plant.
