Two tomato plants one of which has been infected with tobacco mosaic virus, TMV, and one (on the right) that is disease free. Many leaves on the infected plant show mottled yellowing (chlorosis), shriveling, and lesions. The healthy plant has leaves that are more deeply and uniformly colored by chlorophyll.
