CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Soldiers of the 35th and 28th Infantry Division headquarters and headquarters battalions gathered for a transfer of authority ceremony March 8, 2018. The Pennsylvania Army National Guard unit’s headquarters and headquarters battalion assumed responsibility from its counterpart, the 35th Infantry Division which is comprised of soldiers from the Missouri and Kansas National Guard.
