Seven years agohe entered the employ of the Lewis & Fowler Man-ufacturing Company, as auditor and cashier. In thisposition Mr. Myers soon developed the faculty of master-ing details, which made him a valuable man in the serviceof the company. In January, 1893, he was elected secre-tary of the company, which was a well deservedpromotion, showing the appreciation of his employers inhis hard work and his GEORGE W. MYERS.
