A statue is dedicated in honor of Brigadier General Robinson Risner (USAF, Ret.) during a ceremony at the US Air Force Academy. Risner was shot down over North Vietnam in 1965 and served as vice commander of the 4th Allied Prisoner of War Wing until he was repatriated in 1973.
