German, Slatterfofyt. Culture.âKale, or Borecole, may be grown in almost any soil, but the richer it is the more abun- dant the product. Sow from the middle of April to the beginning of May, in prepared beds, covering the seed thinly and evenly. Transplant in June; and treat same as cabbage. Green Curled Scotch.
