An old Queenslander house known as a Federation house built in 1901 for sale at Clermont in Central Queensland, Australia. 1901 was the year when the Australian colonies collectively became the Commonwealth of Australia. Clermont is a small agricultural town on the Great Dividing Range that still retains its old frontier atmosphere of wooden buildings that served the mining community, gold rush, settlers and farmers.
