Geiranger Fjord in southern Norway is one of the most beautiful fjords. The sheer cliffs rise straight from the water. The two most notable waterfalls are the Seven Sisters and the Suitor (also known as the Friar). Both face each other across the Fjord, and the Suitor is said to be wooing the Seven Sisters opposite. Geiranger is also a World Heritage site founded by the United Nations.
